The staff are wonderful. The room was immaculate. The hotel is in a favorable location close to all major downtown attractions. Summary: Hotel Cleveland Autograph Collection is a great property in Downtown Cleveland, right next to a nice mall and downtown area. The staff are lovely, the rooms are spotless, and the hotel is conveniently situated near all downtown attractions.
